Job Description

Shift Engineer (HVAP) - Bishopsgate - £40,000.00 + OvertimeExciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Bishopsgate area. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static electrically biased Engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance in the listed site.You will be working within a team of other engineers from mechanical, electrical and plumbing backgrounds.The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;·AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans·Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)·Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing·Boiler maintenance·Plumbing works·Lighting - Lamp changes, ballast changes·Emergency light testing·Electrical Fault finding·HVAC Maintenance·Small works - new sockets, lights·Fabric DutiesHours of work;Continental rota, days and nights, 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7amOvertime is also available.Requirements;·Electrically qualified (Apprenticeship/NVQ)·Current or previous HVAP ticket + experience·A proven track record in commercial building maintenance (5 years+)·Positive attitude·Must be able to pass a DBS check / Criminal record checkFor more information on the role please contact James @ Invictus-Group Required skills
