Job Description

Sales AdministratorNEW ROLE! An amazing client has presented this amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator is a key role within a busy team and lively office. The role is varied and exciting and there are career progressionopportunities for someone looking to develop their career within this market leading organization.

  • Process bookings
  • Responding to calls and emails
  • Send out confirmations.
  • Sales Administrator is responsible for the updating of all Sales Reports
  • Distribute updates and product price lists/increases to sales team.
  • Log all relevant documentation onto the central system.
  • Update project details
  • Prepare new product updates and details.
  • Produce Market research reports.
  • The Sales Administrator will work closely with the with Sales & Marketing team.
  • Manage Schedules
  • Assist with new launch campaigns.
  • Deal with department post
  • Manage travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
