I guess you must be quality driven if you’re checking out my advert so, please do read on!I’m looking a tip top Quality Inspector to join and established house builder and ensure the quality of finish to plots is of the highest standard before they are offered for sign off.As an experienced New Homes Quality Inspector, you’ll need to understand the specification for the plot’s tenures being delivered on each of your sites and have a good knowledge of industry standards in relation to finishes and acceptable tolerances. A solidknowledge of NHBC and Premier Guarantee standards is therefore essential coupled with a good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations.You work to a high level of accuracy, recording all quality inspections, ensuring records are kept up to date and communicate all inspection reports with the relevant Site Managers. You’ll re-inspect all plots once the site management teams have confirmedthat all inspection observations have been actioned and closed out and then sign off plots, confirming acceptance of quality.As a seasoned Quality Inspector, you’ll have a BTEC Diploma in Building Construction or an NVQ Level 2 or similar, or trade background and a valid CSCS card.
