Job Description

Infrastructure Engineer - 38-45K - HybridMy client, an MSP/IT Solutions firm based in Bishops Stortford are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their technical team on a hybrid working basis. Strong experience in maintaining and documenting networks which span multiple environments.Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the IT infrastructure to their client base.
  • Participating in project work required by clients.
  • Provide technical support for servers and applications on either on-premises or cloud.
  • Providing technical support on network infrastructure issues including the security of WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Assisting clients
Skills/Experience:
  • Microsoft Servers and Desktops
  • Office 365
  • Citrix
  • VMware
  • Veeam
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Intune
  • Azure
  • Telephony - Linux PBX, SIP Trunks, WLR, Call routing
  • Firewalls - Cisco, Draytek, port redirection, NAT, NAPT
  • Networking - converged networks, VLANs, WAN routing, DNS
  • Webhosting - CPanel, Linux
