Job Description

Overview As or Solus Helpdesk Apprentice you will be responsible for assisting with support calls, tickets and learning on the job. You will be supporting incidents, queries and problems reported into the IT helpdesk and working with all membersof the helpdesk to achieve great outcomes for our people. Assist the Technology team with any support tickets /tasks/changes that will allow the business to achieve its goals.Who is Our Training ProviderWe have partnered up with Baltic Apprenticeships to give you the best learning outcomes.   1. SUPPORTING IT ARCHITECTURE
  2. WORKING WITH END-USER DEVICES
  3. WORKING WITH NETWORK ARCHITECTURE
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all support tickets are logged in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log all incoming calls, incidents, and queries accurately on the companys Helpdesk System.
  • Liaise with logistics companies to arrange collections, deliveries.
  • Supporting and assisting all IT team members allowing the team to achieving its goals and SLA’s.
  • Assist with Install, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software with training provided.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the IT asset register, ensuring all assets are updated as and when they are moved in and around the business.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the IT Helpdesk function.
