Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Bishops Stortford, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join our team and contribute to ourfinancial success.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial aspects of the companys operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals and objectives.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, providing key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Please note this is a full time, office based role. Parking is available on-site.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
