Job Description

Ellis Masonhave partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a DOCUMENT CHECKER .This is an administrative based role, however there is an element of customer service within the role too.For the role of DOCUMENT CHECKER , you would be working within the Technology team and would be support the financial payout process to clients.The DOCUMENT CHECKER may suit a graduate OR someone with a year or two work experience within administration or customer service.THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary £21,000-£23,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

THE JOB The main duties included within the role of the DOCUMENT CHECKER , are:
  • Payout of finance deals and all queries associated with this on the in-house system
  • Carrying out due diligence checks
  • Liaising with supplier and customers in a professional manner
  • Weekly updates with suppliers
  • Following up with suppliers to speed up the processwhen necessary
  • Receiving finance documents from suppliers and checking that they are accurate before paying out money
  • Liaising with Head Office to ensure new agreements are processed in a timely manner
  • Resolution of document queries
  • Reschedulingof existing agreements
  • Taking phone calls from suppliers and customers
  • Scanning and sending files
  • Liaising with suppliers and the internal sales department to resolve any queries relating to finance documents
