CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECGreat opportunity to join a fun and lively team in open plan offices with free parking!Due to an increase in business our clients are looking to add another two team members to the team in their outstanding offices!Front-line customer services based role supporting existing and new customer baseAbility to talk to and build rapport with your customer, listen and understanding their queriesConfidently talk the customer through a solution or provide exact dates for deliveryWork to quality service markers and ensure they are answered within set timelinesTaking a wide range of calls, emails and live chat and also sending out literatureWorking to set SLA and KPI markers and to set company standardsDealing with high volume customer enquiries via one of the three communication areasResolving issues quickly and professionally or ability to accelerate customer issue to escalation statusWorking with internal departments to process customer account queriesAble to prioritise your time and also assist team members and colleaguesNewman Personnel cannot reply to all applications due to sheer volumes of cvs we are seeing everyday.
