Job description Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently-Customer focused high volume email and telephone interaction- Review order details, including product, quantity, and delivery information- Enter orders into the system and ensure all required information is complete- Communicate with customers to clarify any order discrepancies or issues- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the dispatch as orders are uploaded- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation- Assist with resolving any customer inquiries or complaints regarding ordersQualifications:- GCSE Eng & Maths- Previous experience in a customer based role- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Proficient in using computer systems and software, ePlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
