Job Description

Workshop Engineer required. Our client is a well-established Engineering company that is one of the market leaders in the industrial wheel and castor industry. They are seeking a workshop engineer that is happy to get involved with a number of duties includingPolyurethane Moulding, Welding, manual and CNC Machining.Workshop Engineer Position Overview

  • Polyurethane Moulding
  • Set and Operator CNC Lathes
  • Read & interpret a drawings
  • Carrying out Quality Inspection on own work to drawings
  • Reporting to the Production Manager, and reporting any quality issues
Workshop Engineer Position Requirements
  • Proven background in Polyurethane Moulding is very advantageous
  • Setting and operating of CNC Turning machines would also be advantageous
  • Welding experience is preferred but not essential
  • Based in a commutable distance of Birmingham
  • Full UK Driving License
Workshop Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Full time - Permanent
  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Dependent upon experience
  • Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00
  • Competitive holiday allowance
  • Pension
