Job Description

Water Hygiene TechnicianBirmingham£21,000-£26,000 + Benefits (DOE)An exciting vacancy has just opened with one of our amazing clients that was established in Bristol over 20 years ago. They specialise in water hygiene and are fully committed to providing exceptional water hygiene and water treatment services across theUK.This is a great chance for an loyal and experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join a friendly growing team which really care about their employees and offer brilliant career opportunities and training from within.Water Hygiene Technician Key Duties:

  • Installation and servicing of TMVs
  • Cold water storage tank cleans and chemical disinfections.
  • De scaling and disinfection of shower heads
  • Monitoring for the spread of Legionella
  • Calorifier inspections & LTHW testing
Water Hygiene Technician Required Experience:
  • You must have a full UK driving license
  • You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • You will benefit from a level 2 plumbing qualification
  • Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 is essential
  • You will need a great work ethic and be physically fit
  • A current CSCS card will be beneficial
  • A confined spaces certificate will be advantageous
