Are you a Warehouse Team Leader with previous experience within e-commerce distributionI have several clients who are all specialist third party logistics (3PL) providers within e-comm distribution contracts who are looking to add to their ranks. Their contracts are either FMCG or Retail focussed sectors, but are all e-commerce environments, so they would need candidates who are used to managing teams dealing with fluctuating volume demand.If you have worked within a fast-paced e-commerce distribution environment, then this could be what you are looking for. I need candidates who have previous specific focus of both "InBound" and "OutBound" distribution, also there are opportunities within their "Returns" departments.You would need to be flexible in your approach to shift patterns as most roles involve rotating shifts, it is very rare, but you may be required to work the occasional weekend shift to meet company needs. A distribution background is essential and preferably e-comm experience also.
