Job Description

Gleesons has been exclusively partnered with a Logistics business looking for a Warehouse Solutions Design Manager. This Opportunity would be best fitted to a professional looking to further grow their career in a organically going business.Job Title: Warehouse Solutions Design ManagerLocations: East Midlands / West MidlandsDuties:

  • Lead strategic warehouse solutions by understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
  • Be the primary liaison with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those needs into visionary and practical warehouse designs that enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and evolution of warehouse solutions.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the companys overall financial success.
  • Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to align warehouse solutions with overarching business strategies, fostering a cohesive and synchronised approach to client success.
