To achieve their goal of delivering and embedding formal and informal learning solutions they are now looking for an expert Virtual Learning Specialist to join them in this exciting new role and help the group to continue improving lives through best in class learning solutions.The OpportunityCollaborating with their Learning and Development Team your role will be key for Talent and Learning and Development. You’ll be responsible for delivering a customer focused virtual learning across the business.Each day you will personally build trusted and valuable partnerships across the organisation and lead on the design and development of engaging, on-brand virtual and blended learning content across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of formats, whether that is an interactive eLearning course, engaging training video, developing gamification or using creative flair to bring some magic to their current learning resources.You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating their virtual learning environments to ensure they are engaging and interactive. This opportunity will further enable you to play a key role in reengineering of existing face to face programmes to deliver them as best in class virtual learning solutions that incorporate interactive virtual learning content such as video, audio and online exercises or assessment.If you are committed to personal development and taking others on a learning journey, then this is your opportunity to become their Virtual Learning Specialist.The PersonHighly organised and efficient with excellent communication and organisational skills you will be able to work quickly and deliver high quality learning content under tight deadlines.With a genuine passion to add value and contribute you will have a good understanding of using and managing learning management systems and Virtual Learning Environments (LMS / VLE) in addition to learning and development processes and procedures. You will be a confident technology user and demonstrate creativity within the learning material you develop and deliver.You will have achieved success in working in a position whereby you collaborated and worked alongside multiple stakeholders within a business as well as having a high level of digital skills covering SCORM compliant e-learning and MS SharePoint .
