Job Title: Van Driver / installerLocation: Birmingham, UKSalary: £22,880 P/A / £11.00 per hour (£12.00 per hour from 1st April)Rising to £27,500 P/A (£13.22 per hour)Job Type: Full-time onlyWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Van Driver / installation engineer on a 12-week temporary to permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining grease trap equipment and delivering it to differentpubs, bars, and restaurants across mainland UK.As the face of the company, you will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure. You must have experience in driving either long wheel based or flatbed vehicles and ideally have experience with servicing / installations basedroles.Van Driver / installer Responsibilities:- Deliver, collect, Service and maintain our clients grease trap equipment in a timely and efficient manner- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service- Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring constant communication with the office- Maintain & clean the company flatbed van daily- Work independently and as part of a team to meet service and delivery targets- Working in teams of two a majority of the timeVan Driver / installer Requirements:- Clean drivers licence with one years commercial driving experience in similar vehicles- An element of physical fitness due to some of the heavy lifting involved- Previous experience as a service engineer and/or installation engineer is preferred- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the job- Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required- Willingness to travel to different locations all over the UKIf you are a highly motivated and skilled installer with van driving experience with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.Please CLICK APPLY!
