* UX Designer, UX, BirminghamExciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join a growing and successful global marketing and technology solutions organisation providing services to both the private and public sector with an excellent reputation in the markets they operate in.Providing clients with first class service services, unrivalled domain expertise, innovative propositions and leading-edge technology solutions.The UX Designer will be joining our client to work exclusively with one of their flagship customers - a leading multi-brand UK hospitality group.The role:As a Midweight User Experience Designer, responsible for designing the user experience you will work across multiple brand projects in the hospitality trade to enrich the customer journey and drive customer behaviour maximising success.Responsibilities:* Collaborating with a team of UX Designers to support all aspects of the UX design lifecycle from research to implementation, including the creation of journey flows, scenarios, wireframes and interactive prototypes which are based around user needs* Collaborating with users, developers, technical teams and product owners to refine product flows and wireframes to the point they are ready for final design by a UI designer, then seeing that design through the development process* Demonstrating and applying your deep understanding of responsive design and user accessibility needs to promote strong customer engagement* Collaborating with digital designers and technical teams to ensure final work meets our user needs and is positively supported internally through strong stakeholder managementExperience:* Experience of user research, user testing, UX flows, wireframing and prototyping* Experience of delivering solutions to product owners and developers in an Agile methodology culture* Passionate about understanding the customer and creating great digital user experiences* The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and developers on your design proposals is critical* Highly-organised, combining forward planning with meeting tight deadlines to keep a range of stakeholders (and our customers) happy* Experience in using UX tools - particularly Axure RP9 / 10 with Illustrator, Photoshop and ideally Adobe XDOperating in a fast-moving marketplace our client believes certain fundamental values set their people apart including honesty, integrity and respect.
