The Role of the UK Service Manager
  • Co-ordinate a national team of fluid management technicians.
  • Ensure delivery of contracts to the agreed SLA.
  • Planning & scheduling of mobile team of technicians.
  • Supporting regional sales teams to develop & grow accounts.
  • Ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained across all locations.
  • Lead, motivate and support a large, national team of managers, engineers, and technicians.

The Ideal Person for the UK Service Manager
  • Degree in Engineering or related subject preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience managing a large team within an engineering environment.
  • Experience with metalworking fluids/lubricants desirable but not essential.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of prevailing legal, health, safety, and environmental legislation.
