Our client is a market leading in the granite industry, it is a great opportunity to join a fast growing business and make a real impact!Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the granite industry, specialising in the extraction, processing, and distribution of high-quality granite products and raw materials. With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we have established a strong presencein the market and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to grow further market share in the UK.You will be targeting Main Contractors, Architects, Specifiers, Local Authorities and Distributors across the UK.DescriptionYou will be responsible for:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth in the UK granite industry.
  • Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to formulate effective business development strategies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to expand our presence in the UK market by identifying and targeting new clients, industries, and regions for potential business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in Construction industry
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish a strong network within the granite industry.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Profile
  • Experience selling into the Construction industry via Main and Sub Contractors, Architects, Specifiers and Distributors is essential for this role
  • Experience selling Building Products would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of developing new business and growing sales territories
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
  • UK Clean Driving License
