There is no such thing as a typicalday in HR, but this role will have the opportunity to support and influence Senior Leaders on change management, engagement, talent management, resourcing strategies, reward, and inclusion and diversity. The role aim is to educate, coach and engage the leadersto drive positive change for the business area.This role will involve strong collaboration with leaders, HR and wider stakeholders, the people agenda is a core focus for many of our leaders and therefore this role provides a real opportunity to make a difference.How this opportunity is differentThis is fantastic opportunity to expand your skills as a HR Business Partner to truly partner with a business who understands the importance of people and is looking for guidance and support to move the business forward.
