We combine high-touch consultancy with worldwide search capability and digital sourcing technologies to help you recruit better, faster and cost effectively.Job description:Have you worked in an advisory role, as an in-house regulatory lead, in a business consultancy capacity, or some internal audit experienceDo you have deep technical knowledge in at least one treasury or prudential regulation and looking to broadening your expertise across the different areas within Treasury and PrudentialAnd have Financial Services knowledge and experience, either within retail banking or investment management firmsIf this sounds like you, I have the perfect opportunity for you!Our client is looking for aManagerfor their fast expanding Treasury and Prudential Risk team within the Regional Financial Services practice and will consider candidates from Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or surrounding areas.They offer a competitive salary of up to £52K per annum plus bonus and benefits with flexible working options.You will have the opportunity to join a business focused on serving a wide range of Financial Institutions with interesting and fast-developing business and regulatory challenges.To qualify for the role, you must have· Developing / deep technical knowledge in at least one treasury or prudential regulation specialism.· Familiar with elements of the PRA or FCA regulatory framework.· Experience working in an advisory role, as an in-house regulatory lead, in a business consultancy capacity or some internal audit experience would be of particular interest.· Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills.· Ability to prioritise and ensure the delivery of projects to a high quality.· Ability to maintain exceptional relationships with clients.· Strong team player with good organisation, planning and leadership skills.· Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging/dynamic work environment.· An accounting or treasury professional qualification will be relevant to this role but is not essential if the relevant knowledge and experience can be demonstrated.· Financial Services knowledge and experience is essential, either within retail banking or investment management firms.If you feel youre a good fit for this position, apply now!
