Job Description

Transitions Coordinator Projects BirminghamGOOD EXCEL SKILLS NEEDEDIdeally someone with Lease Mgt experience, or from a property background or a law background ie conveyancing.The role is very detail driven loads of data entry and spreadsheets£28kOverall Purpose of Job This position reports into the Associate Director for Transitions and Lease Management, within Real Estate Management Accounts. The purpose of this job is to is to assist the Head of Transitions with the project management of the mobilisation and handover processes ensuring new and outgoing instructions are concluded in a timely manner. Where necessary, in the absence of others teammembers, support will be needed to cover other areas of the teams responsibilities. The role will provide cover in the absence of the Head of Transitions. Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities Support the Head of Transitions with the Project management of the mobilisation and handover process which will include attending and sometimes chairing calls, updating actions and monitoring progress To assist in projects for both the Transitions and Lease Management team which provide solutions for the team and wider business (Dealsumm, Smartsheets etc., but not limited to) Be able to support with the set up new clients, properties and units within the Voyager database Be able to support with carrying out amendment work to client, property and units within the Voyager database Co-ordinate the input from all stakeholders to ensure accurate data input Assist with the Voyager close down process for instructions transitioning out of the business To attend Transitions related internal and external meetings Liaising closely with other colleagues such as Client Accountants, Surveyors and Directors in other departments and offices to achieve set goals Support on all other Transitions work (Mobilisation and Handovers) as requested by Line Manager Develop a full understanding of Transitions procedures and processes and provide continual review to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all processes and procedures within the team are documented and updated regularly Explore and ensure sharing of Voyager knowledge within the Transitions Team The above list summarises main responsibilities to be carried out in the role but are not exhaustive.
