To be the lead IM&T specialist responsible for the management and deliverance of the IT technical aspects (API interfaces) to support the transformation work programme, delivering improved patient care through new innovative Patient Smart Access and Pathways.Further management duties include maintenance of existing large Clinical and Document Management solutions in a multi-site environment and replacements thereof. This role will be both managerial and technical to a senior level. Leading and mentoring teams of Integration / RPA specialists and Document management programmers. In addition to providing the IT technical representation to Clinical Management Teams, Senior Programme leads other Stake holders and Directors.Managerially and technically responsible for providing well architected solutions based on application interfaces (API) via a mixture of technologies Including RESTFul Services, FHIR, HL7, CDA and other emerging interface technologies. APIs to be delivered for both internally delivered systems and cloud based solutions using appropriate interoperability and security implementations such as SAML, Active directory, using a mixture of SFTP, HTTPS, VPN, and Cloud based Azure, Amazon Web services and other vendor cloud architected solutions.Using but not limited to purpose built integration and automation tools such as .Orion Rhapsody and BluePrism RPA (Robotic Automation Process) and Java / .NET based solutions deployed against IIS or Tomcat/JBOSS web platforms. This role will have the highest Managerial and technical design responsibility within the area defined and will provide technical representation at IT programme meetings with projects managers or application stakeholders.
