Overall job purposeRSM is the 7th largest accounting firm in the UK, with over 3500 employees and is growing year by year. With this growth, we are searching for someone to work alongside our Learning and Development team to help co-ordinate the training of both our Tax and Accounts service lines.The RoleWorking alongside the L&D team, your main responsibility will be to help coordinate all training programmes across both Tax and Accounts. This role will include the coordination of high volume, internal and external courses, workshops and exams for both trainees and experienced accountants. There will also be an element of helping to oversee staff planning and being the go-to person for an exam training queriesThe IndividualYou will be a approachable, proactive and organised, helping with queries efficiently and effectively. This is a very hands on role, and you must be confident in dealing with all level of employees within the business, from new graduates to Partners. Flexibility throughout the day and the ability to quickly prioritise will be essential as no two days will be the same.The role requires:
