Our client, a dynamic and growing Training Provider are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Trainer/ Skills Coach to join their growing team.This role is field based with travel around the West Midlands to train and coach and deliver level 3 qualifications in Digital Marketing to learners.The Qualification is a short course, lasting 16 weeks for learners who are in part or full employment.This Training Provider are offering a highly competitive package for this role including an excellent basic salary, mileage paid from home, 23 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme.Digital Marketing Trainer/Assessor overviewThis is an assessment role managing a caseload of learners. The role will be home based with minimal travel as most of the coaching and assessment is done through a combination of online learning platforms, telephone and Skype.Typical duties will include:" Planning and assessing on the L3 Digital Marketing Programme" Supporting the Digital Marketer Programme Delivery Manager to ensure the assessment process consistently meets national occupational standards and the requirements of Awarding bodies, ESFA and Ofsted" Assessing the Outcome of Learning and Learners Achievements" Providing information and guidance to the learner during the 12 week course" Working to specific quality and completion of targets" Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress." To provide a friendly and supportive service to students, using a range of communication media" Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own practise, and help to raise the standards of teaching and learning in the company" Deliver excellent customer care - deal confidently with staff, students and other external customers demonstrating respect and dignity at all times to deliver high levels of satisfaction and customer service.Skills and Experience Required for the Digital Marketing Trainer/Coach" Sector experience in Marketing, ideally within a Digital Marketing subject" Experience of coaching and assessing in Marketing Subjects" Level 3 or higher qualification in relevant occupational area" Assessing award - CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, D33" Teaching Qualification would be highly desirable e.g PTLLS Award in Education and Training" Ability to meet targets of timely success within work based delivery models."
