Job Description

We are in a state of constant growth and due to the diversity of our business, we arelooking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who will specialise within Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Support, Executive, Supply Chain or Electrical / Electronic Engineering to join our dynamic team.As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive a first-class training programme to develop into a 360 Consultant. We offer full training, in-house, outsourced and on the job coaching to help you become the best version of yourself.Once you have gone through this programme, typical responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with our clients specific job requirements.
  • Fostering and sustaining robust client relationships, serving as a consultant to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to facilitating seamless onboarding.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
