Trainee Manufacturing OperativePermanent Role £21,673.60 PAMonday - Friday 8.00 -5PMOur clients are currently seeking a Trainee Manufacturing Operative to join an established team in Coleshill Birmingham on a Permanent basis. As a Trainee ManufacturingOperative, you will work alongside experienced operators in the technical manufacturing facility to learn and develop the skills needed to operate on machinery and become a key member of the production team.Key Responsibilities:" Assisting experienced operatorsin setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment" Following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met" Performing routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime" Monitoring production output to ensureefficiency and productivity targets are met" Recording production data accurately for quality control and performance analysis purposes" Maintaining a clean and organized work environment" Reporting any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisorsimmediatelyRequirements:" Willingness to learn and develop new skills" Excellent attitude and enthusiasm" qualification in Manufacturing/electronics would be desirable" Ability to work in a manufacturing environment" Good attention to detail and ability tofollow instructions" Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamAs a Trainee Manufacturing Operative, you will receive on-the-job training from experienced operators and supervisors. You will also receive training on safety procedures,quality control, and equipment operation.
