Key responsibilities of aTrainee Estate Agent / Lettings NegotiatorThe main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.Skills and experience required to be a successfulTrainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator
  • Preferably an experiencedsalesperson
  • Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
  • Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
  • Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
  • IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • AFull UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle
