This is done through fully fundingthe Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice, delivering high end face to face and virtual reality training to prepare you for the world of financial planning. And the icing on the cake You will receive income whilst you are in training.They welcome all applicants regardless of experience, and once fully qualified, theres various routes you can take, such as setting up your own financial planning business or taking on an employed role under an established business.If you already hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice, youll be fast tracked to start building relationships with clients that need advice, whilst being supported by an established adviser and mentor.Similar to the skills and behaviours required to work as a financial adviser, the Academy trainees require the following:Skills- Strong written and verbal communication- Building rapport and communicating with empathy and professionalism- Numeracy and IT skills- Interpersonal and listening skills- Time management and organisation.This is a huge opportunity to invest in your financial planning journey, whilst training alongside established professionals.
