Job Description

Create a marketing strategy in support of sales growth objectives and deliver through tactical marketing campaigns.Be the trade marketing expert within the business and collaborate with the wider team improving customer / trade counter experience.Client DetailsLeading Building Supplies PLC, with locations based around the country.Description

  • Create and implement a marketing plan in support of sales growth across the trade counter and distribution network
  • Support the e-commerce team in reaching online sales targets through digital campaigns
  • Be s brand ambassador
  • An effective member of the management team
Profile- Experienced Marketing Manager within a trade counter network preferably within building supplies or construction - Experienced marketer multi-channel experience, on and offline - An ability to interpret business growth plans to form tactical cross channel marketing campaigns to deliver growth objectives - Experienced in customer centric marketing - creating personas and journey mapping - Experienced in successfully bringing new products into the portfolio and successfully rolling out across the trade counter network- Strong commercial awareness - Brand management and positioning experience - a brand ambassador- Proficient in interpreting data / campaign analysis to ensure activities are results driven- Experience in planning and managing budgets effectively- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships both internally and externally - Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills- Must be disciplined and organised with good project management skills and effective planning, capable of working to tight deadlines and manage others to do the same- A full UK Drivers LicenseJob OfferThe opportunity to develop your long term career for a major PLC within the Building Supplies sector.
