Job Description

Trade Counter ManagerBirmingham B33Up to £38,000 plus excellent benefits59775AMAn excellent opportunity to join a leading and growing builder merchants who are seeking a Trade Counter Manager to deliver advice and support to staff at all levels, championing tRole responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve all Trade Counter customers.
  • Develop and grow a customer base.
  • Monitor sales to ensure targets are met.
  • Building an excellent knowledge of our brands and products to better advise customers.
  • Regularly rotating layout within Trade Counter area to provide new points of interest for repeat customers.
  • Working with the marketing team on promotions and special offers.
  • Working with the ecommerce team to promote stock on online sales platforms.
  • Ensure all work is carried out within appropriate Health and Safety guidelines.
Requirement:
  • Proven experience in running a trade counter
  • Knowledge of building materials
  • Ability to manage a team and empower them to maximise the potential of the branch
  • Target driven with sales focus
On offer to you:
  • Up to £35,000 per annum
