Job Description

Do you have a desire to work in an innovative growing company in the tech sectorGleeson is working in partnership with an innovative tech firm, who are seeking a Tender Administrator to join their Sales & Commercial Managers to provide support on new projects and acquisitions. In this newly-created role, you will reap the benefits ofworking in an innovative organisation, taking accountability of bid processes and managing each project within deadlines.This opportunity is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working patterns.Areas of responsibilityReporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting Commercial team in constructing project proposals
  • Updating and maintaining the proposals information system, and support commercial managers in projecting future workload and resource demands
  • Compiling project proposal documentation and maintain content to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
  • Managing information flow for tenders, including document uploads and tender pack downloads from client information portals
  • Produce and process quarterly tendering statistics for continual improvement purposes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of resource planning and/or project administration in a fast moving project environment
  • It is desirable but not required to have experience of working in the tech sector; you will need to have a passion for the tech sector!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Your experience can demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Most importantly: you are highly organised with a record of strong time management skills handling multiple in-depth tasks simultaneously
