Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Birmingham that is offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as an Administrator on a TemporaryContract with hybrid working. SummaryProviding general administrative support on an internal project for a minimum of 2 months.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working on an internal social media platform
  • Extracting data from one system to another
  • Copy and pasting content
  • Ensuring accurate levels of accuracy at all times
  • Dealing with and responding to emails
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders
Skills and experience
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Experience of SharePoint preferred not essential
  • IT savvy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prioritisation and ability to work to deadlines
Package and benefits
  • Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week
  • £10.90p/h
