Job Description

An experienced B2B Telesales Executive is needed to join our team at Pathos Continental Foods based in Birmingham on a full-time basis. This role is an office-based role.This is a real career opportunity to join a leading team for a self-driven, entrepreneurial team player person. You will be responsible for managing enquiries and orders, generating extra sales with existing customers, gaining new business from sales leads,and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.Successful candidates must be motivated and trustworthy, reliable and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment, as well as target-driven and customer-focusedThis role offers an excellent earning potential with an OTE of up to £35,000, along with numerous other benefits!About UsWe are expandingacross the country! We are a fast-moving and established industry-leading importer-distributor of food products and ingredients from around the World, supplying the Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Contract Catering, Hospitality and Retailsectors.We are a customer-focused company. Our priority is the satisfaction and success of our customers as well as the fulfilment of our team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers to grow customer spending and attain set targets
  • Making proactive calls to sales leads aiming to trigger interest in our products and grow business
  • Providing a high level of customer service across all customer communications
  • Liaising with the sales team and keeping relevant notes in the CRM & SAGE systems
  • Reporting to the Sales Controller, your target customers are Wholesalers and distributors, Restaurants, Food Manufacturers and Cash & Carries
Required Skills:
  • Telesales or sales/customer service experience and/or graduate calibre, fluent in English
  • You will have the kind of energy, enthusiasm, passion, individuality, as well as trust, availability and reliability we value so highly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills with an attention to detail
  • A passion for sales and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints or little interest
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAGE, CRM Systems
