Our leading insight and news service, the Health Service Journal, provides the most influential people in health with vital intelligence, analysis and advice.Join our teams in London and Basildon to be part of our exciting journey.Main Purpose of RoleSo, this is not your typical call centre job, in fact the more we think about it, its not really even a call centre to be honest.We are a small team of 6 who work really closely together, pro-actively calling a variety of healthcare professionals such as NHS staff and Local Authority Executives to update, maintain and develop Wilmington Healthcares database.You dont need much in the way of experience as well provide you with all the training and tools you need to be successful. The only thing we need is for you to have fantastic attention to detail because our team work to really high standards which resultsin a phenomenally low error rate which is something we are extremely proud of and what to keep up.A key part of this role is research. A lot of the communication you do will be carried out over the phone although at times we can find useful information on the web. Either way youll need to be diligent when you capture the results and accurately uploadthem to our CRM to keep it as real time up to date as we can.This role is about research and validation of information not cold calling. We are looking for confident telephone communicators who are happy to make outbound calls to professional people within the healthcare world.An interest in healthcare and a familiarity with medical terminology would be really helpful in this job.Skills and Experience Required- Some experience of telephone work ideally outbound cold calling coupled with handling confidential information and/or data- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and inter-personal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships- Confident telephone manner- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and organise yourself effectively- A keen eye for detail- Good knowledge of Word and Excel- A can-do attitude- Knowledge if the UK healthcare market and an understanding of the structure of the NHS in the UK would be a distinct advantageAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
