You’ll act as a key contact and escalation point for our clients- premium enterprise wireless customers, providingthe very highest levels of service and issue resolution.You’ll be responsible for responding to support requests, maintaining the ticket management, quality assurance and continuous improvement of products and projects.You’ll be responsible for all aspects of our network including:· Assisting the business customers service tickets.· Create and maintain product documents, troubleshooting, customer engagement processes. · Working with our group businesses and suppliers for wireless support.· Proposing and leading improvements to SLA with key customers.This is role will be based in our brand-new UK support facility, in Southern Birmingham with excellent transport links M6, M1.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Support EngineerYou could be an experienced Technical Support Engineer / Senior Support Engineer with previous experience delivering technical support over the phone.You may have experience of installing or supporting:· Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Wired or Wireless.· Battery powered knowledge.· Experience with alarm systems, fire safety.You could have worked with or for Honeywell, FireAngel, Apollo Fire Detectors, Kidde, Trinity etc.It goes without saying, but you’ll need to be friendly but professional, willing to work as part of a small team, and flexible to the demands of a growing business.We are happy to fund and put you through various industry training to achieve and develop in your career.THE COMPANY:We are a British manufacturer and provider of life-saving fire protection equipment, specialising in wireless fire alarm technology.
