Technical / Business Consultant - ( Home based)SQL, SQL Server, Web Services , Implementation, Social Housing, ConsultancyTechnical / Business Consultant with SQL skillsAre you a Technical Consultant or Business / Implementation Consultant with some exposure to SQL looking for a new challenge Are you passionate about what you do and have a strong customer service ethosThe Technical / Business / Implementation Consultant role will be home based and involve some occasional travel to client sites within UK predominantly involved in implementing SaaS systems for customers.Technical / Business Consultant - About the company:Do you want to be part of a successful organisation, 1 of the market leaders in their field, implementing a suite of Scheduling and Field Service ManagementIf so read on….My client has created another role within their team for a Technical / Implementation Consultant with experience of Scheduling & Field Service Management software modules using SQL.Technical / Business Consultant - About the role:The Technical / Implementation Consultant role will be home based and involve some occasional travel to client sites working closely with customers helping to analyse business processes, clarify requirements and propose required solutions.The main focus of the role will be to help customers achieve the maximum satisfaction from using the company’s software, and apply some technical knowledge where needed around SQL and Web Services.In addition, the role will involve offering support during the presales phase which could include demos, analysing customer data, collaboration with customer meetings, benchmarking and managing system trials.Technical / Business Consultant - Key Responsibilities:• Present solution design (including workshops) for technical and non-technical audience• Aid in the implementation of Scheduling & field service management software•.Deliver consultancy to customers utilising product and business knowledge and maintain constant communication with the customer.• Analyse data and create Data improvement plans and documentation to improve system configuration or process changes of the software to help with further project implementation.• Offer support and technical guidance during the presales phase.• Work closely with Implementation team, developers, and senior management to ensure successful implementation of software.Essential Technical Skills:Candidates must have some exposure to most of the technologies listed below:• SQL • Windows Server- IIS, Web-Services, • Proficiency with MS office suite• Knowledge of Workflows for extraction and transformation of Data will be beneficial• Strong understanding and experience of scheduling or field service management systems• Strong problem solving, and analytical skills coupled with a passion for excelling in customer service is required.Technical / Implementation Consultant - Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £65k on offer
• Travel expenses reimbursed.

Successful candidates must have a technical background ( with some knowledge of SQL & Web Services) and good communication skills, and some customer facing experience.Ideal candidates will have previous experience of implementing scheduling or field service management software.In addition, you will have a good understanding of software and implementation, while having a strong interest in new & emerging technology.
