In this role you will be providing first class customer support and technical solutions on a daily basis.This role will provide you with a great insight into the industry and exposure to how large networks are built and managed.Key Responsibilities Joining our Field Engineering team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting from both a technical and physical perspective to resolve any issues.You will need a strong understanding of data networking and how the Internet works from a technical perspective to work with our Network Operations centre on providing first class solutions to our customers.Your day to day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the companys discretion.
