Are you an outstanding Teaching Assistant with high amounts of experience with children who have Autism / additional needsI am currently recruiting for a school in Streetly that is looking for somebody to work with 3 children in Reception with SEND.In the mornings you will be working with 2 children, 1 child with ASD, and 1 child who can often be defiant and needs additional encouragement with their work.The afternoons with require you to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who can display challenging behaviour, and is unable to recognise dangerous situations, so will need to be supervised closely.The school is always eager to grow and is interested in innovative teaching assistants who will brighten up the childrens day and make them feel part of the class and adhere to their needs.The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with children who have additional needs (ideally Autism.) You must also be passionate and willing to support students no matter what they need.What you will need:*Level 3 teaching assistant (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)*Experience with children who have additional needs*Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months)*Updated and clean DBS on the update service.*The ability to inspire children.*To work as part of a team*Right to Work in the UKWe have been recruiting and working with these schools for the past 16 years and have built strong and lasting relationships with our schools.
