Talent Placement Specialist - Hospitality Recruitment, RegionsLocation: BirminghamSalary: Dependent on Experience with favourable Commission StructureIdeal Candidate* You will have a successful background in working in Permanent Recruitment for a minimum of 1 year or have 4 years hospitality experience.* The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be expected to meet and exceed customer needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.* constructively assess your own performance, act with agility, and think laterally to stay ahead of competitors.* You must have knowledge and expertise of having worked within the region you are focused on growing.* work towards targets with tenacity, and have fun with your team whilst doing so!* be a service driven and client focused team player with a natural ability to follow procedure and systems whilst enabling your creative dexterity to empathise with the candidate mind set - to engage them in the most efficient and effective ways.* possess exceptional written and spoken English and be able to engage in both formal and informal styles of communication - knowing when to use either.* have a keen interest in social media platforms and future technological developments. This is essential as you will be required to use developing technology to maximise competitive advantage.* understand and embrace the need to be highly organised and possess meticulous administrative discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will contribute significant influence in the creation of an environment where Off to Work becomes the preferred Talent Placement solution to the Hospitality sector through the strength, depth, and diversity of skill set in your talent pool.Working with our custom built CRM and WMS you will report on your progress on a weekly basis using activity metrics and evaluating performance against set KPIs.You will be proficient in utilising social media channels to generate company profile, marketing the business towards candidates, and driving the best talent through your pipeline.
