Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Talent & Development Specialist to work in their Global Leadership Strategy and Development Team based in Birmingham on a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from the office and the rest working fromhome, on an initial 6 month contract on a PAYE basis.Within the Talent & Development function, the Global Leadership Strategy and Development team owns Deutsche Banks leadership proposition to assess and develop leaders. The Global Talent Strategy & Management team ensures consistent talent practicesincluding a focus on key talent segments, focusing on mission critical capabilities, enabling transparency on career paths and active pipeline management for fast potential talent. The scope of this role will be global and supporting both workstreams.Our team also plays an important role in the design/deployment and governance of leadership tools, psychometrics, and processes. You will work hand in hand with your HR colleagues to support key strategic initiatives that will further develop our houseviewon leadership and how to bring it to life.
