Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest growing Lead Generation / Digital marketing Companies for the iGaming industry. Forming part of their HR team, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee their full cycle recruiting process. This is an exciting opportunity for an experinced Talent Acquisition Specialist with sollid experince within online industries, to form part of a team that is serious about providing the best experience for our people, while also fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and accountability.You will be an accomplished individual, embodying the core values of trust, transparency, accountability and growth mindset. These values are at the heart of everything we do, are vital for all roles, and applicants must be able to show how they have demonstrated at least some of these attributes in previous employment.This is a remote position and candidates must be located in time zones between UTC-1 and UTC+5.Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and manage talent acquisition strategy, including interview and selection procedures, screening calls, culture assessments and remote interviews.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through all available channels (e.g. social media platforms, professional networks, headhunting, recruitment, internal promotions etc).
  • Partner with our hiring managers to implement specific recruitment plans for each open role, including tailor-made design job descriptions, interviews and assessments that reflect each position’s needs.
  • Manage applicant talent pools to ensure candidates remain engaged in current or upcoming employment opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential and past candidates to create a highly-qualified talent pool.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan for future talent requirements based on organisational goals.
  • Generate talent and recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador and lead employer branding initiatives related to recruitment.
  • Coordinate with our PR & Branding team to grow our recruitment presence and develop campaigns to ensure high visibility for potential candidates.
  • Partner with management to ensure a successful long-term workforce and succession planning.
  • Manages candidate journey during the entire recruitment and selection process to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
  • Compensation strategy and salary market research.
  • Develop recommendations and improvements for recruitment and selection by using data from post-interview data, recent hire surveys, our applicant tracking system and any other feedback sources available.
  • Responsible for preparing offers of employment and ensuring that salary negotiations fall within the salary banding for the role.
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports/references.
  • Developing and managing training sessions for hiring managers and hiring teams.
  • The candidate must embrace and promote core values of trust, transparency, accountability and growth mindset.
  • Partner with HR and managers to identify areas for staff talent development and cultivate talent plans for high potential employees, aligning talent with business strategy.
  • Research and generate analytical metrics to identify quality of talent and ongoing effectiveness of talent programmes.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Talent (Acquisition) specialist, recruiter or similar role
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills for IT related roles
  • Good experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
  • Excellent organisational skills, superb attention to detail and impeccable time management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent research, data collection and reporting techniques
  • Can-do attitude is a must
