Talent Acquisition ManagerRecruitment ManagerResourcing ManagerBirminghamHybrid-workingClient DetailsPageGroup are supporting a large, highly successful manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a busy department.This role offers flexible/hybrid working, circa 2-3 days per week in the officeDescriptionThe role of Talent Acquisition Manager is a very exciting and progressive role allowing fantastic opportunities for career development.You will take full responsibility for managing and developing a first class Talent Acquisition department within this highly successful organisation - this will involve overseeing all recruitment activities and working with the Senior Management Team onthe overall Talent Acquisition strategy and projects.Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Management of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure the team offer a first-class recruitment service to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with the SLT to develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Take lead on Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding, EVP, ED&I strategy, talent succession planning and many others
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships around the group
  • Management of PSL and external agency relationships
ProfileIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.You will have previously managed a team and have a proven track record at delivering Talent Acquisition projects and implementing a Talent Acquisition strategy.Job OfferUp to Circa £65000Generous Car/Car AllowanceSuperb BonusFlexible/hybrid working modelRequired skills
