Whether thats through flexible working, really understanding how you work best or exposing youto real opportunities to challenge yourself, if youre passionate about making your mark on the industry and on society, then we will help you do that.Your RoleAs a Systems Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders and across Digital, Data and Technology teams to identify and shape technology change, ensuring alignment to the business need and Digital Strategy.Your role will also involve:- Eliciting underlying business and system issues or requirements that need to be addressed.- Discovering and capturing any information relevant to the change; understanding and mapping as-is and to-be processes.- Understanding how the business requirements translate into functional, technical and data requirements and be able to translate between the two.- Acting as the bridge between the technical and non-technical elements of the Digital Team to ensure a shared understanding on how services should be designed and developed to meet business, user and technical needs.- Collaborating with business stakeholders, 3rd parties and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and solutions, analysing trade-offs between usability, performance, resilience and affordability; making recommendations where required.- Ensuring any technical solution meets the business and user needs and acceptance criteria through solution design, system testing and user acceptance testing.- Contributing to decision-making throughout the product life cycle. You understand the value of analysis, how to contribute with impact, and what data sources, analytical techniques and tools can be used at each point throughout the product life cycle.About You- Worked on projects that combine system, process and data changes, and projects that involved a high level of integration between systems (e.g., Case Management and Customer Relationship Management systems).- Strong analytical skills on business problems, processes, systems and data to identify requirements.- Ability to map and document interfaces between systems in terms of technical processes and data flow.- Able to identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business viability, including changing existing systems or introducing new ones.- Experience of working within all stages of the development lifecycle and understand the changing responsibilities of an analyst.- Strong oral, written and presentation skills - ability to explain complexity easily to a non-technical stakeholder group.- Experience of pulling data from various sources and executing complex analysis to come up with data, report and proposals that support solving business problems.- Experience of working collaboratively with user researchers, designers, developers and business analysts to understand and meet user needs.Working knowledge of relevant Azure based solutions and an awareness of programming languages such as SQL, dot Net and JS Node would be desirable.The closing date for this role is 22nd January 2023.
