Are you in Sustainability, or do you want to beI have been asked by one of our biggest, best clients, a Fortune 500 global giant - a (£10bn t/o; 50,000+ employees, 30 countries) commercial business to centralise and build-out their sustainability team (nearly) from scratch. The end-goal is to have a largeteam of Sustainability Managers (SMs), which will be made of c. 10-15 people all over the globe, covering Carbon, Social Responsibility and Reporting.Th team will be made up of people who have integrity, with a flexible pragmatism that considers the needs of the organisation in developing and implementing the Sustainability Management approach. We are looking for a broad mix of skills and experience, butthe common traits will include non-technical attributes including: someone who is fun, intelligent, and creative. The SM role would be an ideal role for a professional with similar progressive experience, looking to get into the sustainability profession in a large company; or an established ESG / sustainability professional, looking to move to a bigger, better companywith a world-class function covering carbon, reporting, and CSR - most likely, you will have somewhere between 3-10 years relevant experience.I have placed nearly dozens of people into this business over the last 10 years, and nearly all of them are still there.; and the last Managers I placed are now Senior Managers, Directors or VPs leading whole departments - so the title Manager really doesntdo it justice!Feedback from the successful candidates previously has been that the short and long-term objectives of each individual are met by creating an engaged team, a work environment that promotes trust and mutual respect and maximizing team members potential - andlong may that continue.Would you be interested in hearing more Wed love to hear from you!The salary range is very broad, but we plan for it to be market-leading in whatever location you choose, and for the experience for the individual successful candidate. As a guide, £50-85,000, plus 10% bonus, dependent on experience.Hanami International Ltd are committed to protecting your Data.
