By joining our family-owned business now, you can achieve more from your career by proudly building Britains future heritage with us.Job PurposeTo manage the delivery of the Sir Robert McAlpine sustainability strategy and client requirements on a £50m+ commercial office project in Birmingham.To deliver the requirements of the role the successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Sustainability Manager and construction project teams.The successful candidate should have experience in construction environmental management and delivering projects which are aligned to our sustainability strategys four category areas, namely Carbon, Resource Efficiency, Ethical Procurement and Social ValueYour profile

  • Experience in a construction environmental / sustainability role
  • Qualifications / strong knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, LEED, HQM etc).
  • Particular interest in Zero/Low carbon design development
  • Experience with Commercial offices, D&B contracts, Timber and terracotta design would be desirable.
