Job Description

Supported Housing OfficerBirmingham, Flexible Working (12-month Fixed Term contract)B37 7YN£26,986 to £31,776 per annum pro rata (18.5 hours Wednesday to Friday)Temporary, Part TimeDo you want to work for an organisation that supports work life balance If so, our client may have the opportunity you have been looking for.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Supported Housing Officer to work with providers and their customers in Supported Housing across the operational areas of our client.The role includes:

  • Providing clerical and administration services to the supported housing team under the management of the Supported Housing Co-ordinator
  • Recording of information, dealing with enquiries, monitoring compliance and performance, following up on repairs and related works
  • Complete Supported Housing Scheme visits
  • Delivering excellent services to customers and working to achieve performance targets you will engage and work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure a professional and person-centred package is delivered to customers
  • Line management of the Supported Housing - Operation Support Officer
