Job Description

We are looking for Support Workers for positions in Birmingham and the surrounding areas to join our team.About us: We help you develop to make being a Support Worker a career.   • You have a real passion for supporting people. You have the ability to work autonomously as well as a team player and are keen to learn and progress.
  • Your role may include providing support, companionship and care in a variety of settings, to manage daily activities, medication, supporting with housework and care duties as identified by the clients care plan, as well as being patient and understanding.
    • What we are looking for:
  • A minimum of 6 months in the last 5 years working within as a Support Worker
  • Genuine, kind, compassionate, caring nature is required, that will represent our company culture
  • Can-do attitude
  • Reliable and committed to making a difference
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and fluent English
  • DBS essential, but can be applied for during the registration process
