Job Description

Statistician (various levels)Location: UK wideCPL Life Sciences are working with several pharmaceutical companies to recruit Statisticians from Junior to Principal level. You will work with cutting-edge technology, to provide statistical support to clinical trials.Key responsibilities:

  • Performing protocol development, sample size calculation and CRFs reviews
  • Managing scope of work and budget, providing revenue and resource forecasts
  • Consulting on operational, statistical, and therapeutic area topics
  • Preparing proposal text and attend bid defence meetings if needed
  • Providing expert statistical input and review of deliverables for validation requirements
  • Reviewing the clinical study report to ensure statistical integrity in the reporting of the results
  • Interpreting analysis and crafting statistical sections of integrated reports
  • Providing training and mentoring to team members and department staff
Key requirements:
  • BSc or MSc degree Biostatistics or related field
  • Familiarity statistical methods used for clinical trials
  • Good working knowledge of SAS and CDISC
