The Spectator Communications Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all spectator communications for the games. The role is responsiblefor bridging operational planning and marketing to inspire and inform the spectator with everything they need to know to make the most of their games experience. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Events Services OperationsLeads across 14 competition venues to plan, collate and produce bespoke content for each venue and with Marketing and Ticketing to ensure that operational information is considered in all communications.The position will require the individual to be able to think and walk in the shoes of the spectator, to understand and distil all the information the spectator may need to know in an entertaining and functional format. The candidate should have strong relationshipbuilding skills, be a confident writer, comfortable working across digital, print and experiential elements, to develop effective and inspiring spectator event content. Responsibilities
