Job Description

Are you a Sous Chef who has worked in a stadiums or hotelsSous Chef Highlights:

  • Salary £37,000 - £38,000
  • Located outside of Clean Air Zone
  • Free parking – accessible on public transport if a non driver
  • Hours – 40 – slightly more during the season but under out of season
  • Out of season mostly daytime shifts
  • During season the latest you would finish would be 8pm
  • Mixture of fine dining – large banqueting
  • 100% fresh food
  • No aggressive budgeting, GP% or tight margins, the end product is the most important
  • You must have had experience working in a multi outlet operation ideally a sports stadium.
  • A lot of prep and organisation days
  • Closed Christmas
